Mr. Harish Verma, Founder of Invictus EHS & ESG Solutions, is a high impact EHS, ESG & Business Process Excellence professional. He has held multiple global leadership positions working with people from diverse cultures.

He is a veteran Chemical Engineer from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He brings a rich experience of 35+ years in FMCG, Chemical & Pharmaceutical sectors. He has led multi-cultural and diverse global teams from multiple continents (Asia, Europe, North America, Africa).

He has an enriching experience in Manufacturing, R&D, Projects, Materials Management, Technology Transfer, Strategy, Business Process Excellence, before finally settling in EHS and ESG. He has successfully developed and effectively installed World Class EHS & ESG Systems including Design for EHS & Sustainability, Net Zero Strategy, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental remediation etc.

He specializes in prevention of Anti-Microbial Resistance (AMR) in the manufacturing supply chain and was a key member of the Global AMR Alliance. He started his career with HUL and moved to Ranbaxy Laboratories, later serving as VP and Global EHS Head at Cipla and Piramal Pharma Ltd.
