Ms. Rachel M Bennett is a Senior Risk, Safety and Human & Organisational Factors professional with 20+ years working across a wide breadth of sectors in UK and overseas. She is well-versed in leading Human Factors Engineering projects across the project lifecycle.

Rachel has led programmes including Safety Culture improvement programmes, Safety Critical Task analysis, leadership engagement, devising training and competence assurance processes and developing procedures relating to safety critical operations and maintenance.

She has published papers relating to the importance of engagement in effective safety management and has lectured in Human Factors for the Loss Prevention MSc course at Sheffield University, UK. She holds a BSc and Master of Science in Organisational Psychology and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, UK.
