TL Easwar

Mr. T L Easwar is a Chemical Engineer from IIT Kanpur with over 40 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in API Manufacturing Operations. The scope of his experience includes Manufacturing, Projects,Technology Transfer, Contract Manufacturing, Process Engineering and EHS. He was also an Executive Committee member (Ranbaxy Laboratories, then, a subsidiary of Daichi Sankyo) and Senior VP, Manufacturing Operations.

He started his career with GSK where he served for over 11 years and worked with other leading Multinational and Global pharmaceutical companies in senior leadership positions, including Sun Pharma, Ranbaxy ,Mylan, and Aurobindo where he last served as President Operations.

Post the acquisition of Ranbaxy by Daichi Sankyo a leading Global pharmaceutical company, he has worked very closely with the Daichi Sankyo senior leadership team at Corporate, Manufacturing and R&D, on several integration projects as a part of their hybrid development strategy.

Currently he is an Independent Director (Non-Executive) in the Board of Glenmark Life Sciences Ltd., and is also a Senior Advisor to Boston Consulting Group, providing Management and Technical services to leading Pharmaceutical companies and Global PE Firms on various value unlocking projects. He is also a member of the Manufacturing Advisory Board of Neuland laboratories Ltd.’
